ELROD, Hazel A. (Ervin) 77 of Nashville, TN passed away February 10, 2008. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Roy C. Ervin, Sr. & Charles P. Elrod; son Roy Ervin, Jr. She is survived by her son, Mike Ervin (Phyllis); grand daughter, Dawn Ervin; great-grand daughter, Destiny Colgate. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 8pm. Services will be held 2pm Wednesday at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden. COLE & GARRETT FUNERAL HOME, Goodlettsville (615) 859-5231
