CHAMBLISS, Hazel Marie - Age 66 years, of Nashville, passed away Saturday September 3, 2011. She is survived by husband of 48 years, Jimmy J. Chambliss; children, Joe Chambliss, Michael Chambliss, Dawn Chambliss, and Ronnie Chambliss; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.; one brother, and 3 sisters. Friends are invited to join the family for a time of gathering on Wednesday from 1-6pm at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME
