Harry Tarpley, Sr.

TARPLEY, Harry Arnold Sr., age 75 passed away October 21, 2011. Harry was the founder of H&T Carpet. He was a long time member of Hendersonville First Baptist Church and the Bluegrass Country Club. He is preceded in death by brothers, Lewis, Lamar, Terrell, and Jack Tarpley; sisters, Juanita Kiser and Ann Landers. He is survived by son, Harry Arnold Tarpley, Jr.; daughter, Avis Michelle Tarpley; grandchildren, Sara and Trey Tarpley; brother, Robert Tarpley; sister, Becky Tarpley; In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hendersonville First Baptist Toy Store. A life celebration service will be held on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Roger Luther officiating at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
