Grace Coggin

COGGIN, Grace Lundy, August 13, 2011, age 94 of Goodlettsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, H.H. �"Red�" Coggin; daughter, Donna McMurtry; and grandson, Ricky McMurtry. Survived by her daughter, Jane (Terry) Coats; sons, Harold (Bettye), Ralph (Pat), and Danny (Tricia) Coggin; brother, Mark (Elizabeth) Lundy; son-in-law, Richard McMurtry; grandchildren, Tim, Jeff, Michael (Anna), Corey (Allison), Mark (Amy), Andrew (Emily), and Katie Coggin; nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Coggin was retired from Metro Schools Food Service. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Monday from 4-8 pm. Funeral service will be Tuesday August 16, at 11 am at Connell Memorial United Methodist Church, 113 Church St., Goodlettsville with Rev. Paul Gardner, officiating. Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to service time. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Grandsons will serve as active pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the Goodwill Sunday School Class, and the Thursday morning card group.
