Survived by one sister, Barbara Arnett Potter Jimmy; niece, Paige Potter; daughters, Gina Frazier Lester, Teresa Vise Don, Amy Black; son, Jay Johnson Tina; grandchildren, Cody, Tanna, Shyniah, Terry, Amanda, Curtis, Jamie, Kristen; one great-grandson, Aiden. Memorial service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, Feb.5, 2013. at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home.Visitation one hour prior to service.
