December 7, 1945 — January 26, 2019
George Donald Jackson, age 73 of Old Hickory, passed away January 26, 2019. Preceded in death by his parents, George Eugene and Laura Jackson; brother, Jimmy Jackson; brother-in-law, Paul Allen Barrett; sister-in-law, Jean Jackson. Survived by his wife, Alice Hardaway; children, Teri (Jamie) Lawrence, John (Jessica) Eidson, and Travis (Kelli) Eidson; grandchildren, Emily Eidson, Dylan Eidson, and John Eidson, Jr.; siblings, Marylene Barrett, Bobby Jackson, Diane (Ted) Floyd, Theresa (Bob) Watson, Sheila (Ross) Caroland, Nancy Webb, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home Goodlettsville Wednesday from 4-8 pm. Chapel service will be Thursday January 31 at 11am with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
