Gary Odell Bates, born on December 12, 1953 to the late Robert Odell Bates and Eva Vetetoe Bates, passed away on December 27, 2018. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Steve Bates. Survived by his daughters, Nikki (Josh) Ryman, Jessica (Kasey) Boatright, and Katlin (William) Blankenship; son, Jason (Amy) Patrick; twenty grandchildren; step-mother, Billie Jean Bates; sisters, Angie (Jim) Holloway and Cheryl (Rick) Smith. Celebration of life will be at Temple Baptist Church in White House on Monday December 31 at 1pm with visitation from 12 Noon until service time.
