PORTER, Gail C. "Me Me" – Age 77 of Hendersonville went to home to be with the Lord on June 26, 2012. Ms. Porter was a generous, loving, compassionate, protective, witty woman that treasured her family. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and most of all her spending time with her family. She was a member of Hendersonville United Methodist Church for 32 years and Companions Sunday School Class. She was a devoted mother and grandmother that will be deeply missed. Survived by her adoring daughter, Pam West and son-in-law, Jamey West; loving grandchildren, Lyndsay Russell, Jonathan Russell, and Abby West; niece, Rebecca Ingebo Dave. A Life Celebration will be held 3pm Friday at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1pm -3pm on Friday. In lieu of Flowers Donations may be made to The First United Methodist Church.
