Hipkins, Francis "Frank", 73, Nashville, August 27, 2008. Survived by wife, Frances Hipkins; son, Mark Hipkins; granddaughters, Carrie Hipkins and Emma Hipkins Mills. The memorial service will be at 11 am on Saturday, August 30, 2008 at Bellevue United Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior to service time.
