Frances Collins, age 93, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away on August 7, 2026. She was born September 24, 1932, in Johnson City, Tennessee to Foy and Viola Richardson.

Frances will be remembered for her warmth, strong will, and devotion to her family. 

She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends, and was preceded in death by her husband, Steve, Sr. and her son Steve, Jr.

A memorial service will be held at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home and Cremation Services in White House, TN, on August 22, 2026. Visitation will begin at 10:00AM, followed by the service at 11:00AM.
