DAVIS, Forrest, age 60, Nashville, May 24, 2009. Preceded in death by father, Paul Douglas Davis. Survived by mother, Annie Mai Davis; brothers, Robert B. Doris Davis and Richard L. Linda Davis; nieces; nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. The funeral service will be at 2 pm, Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Robert Cullom officiating. Interment, Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation, Tuesday, 4-8 pm and Wednesday, 12 noon until time of service at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pk 615 352-9400
