Floyd Eugene Faulk - Age 64 years, passed away January 13, 2014. Preceded in death by sisters, Margaret and Christine. Survived by wife, Dawna Faulk; children, Jeremy Eugene (Odalie) Faulk, Jason Michael Faulk, Brian Keith Faulk, and Nikki Faulk; 3 grandchildren; sisters, Mildred, Judy, and Darlene; numerous extended family and friends. The Life Celebration service will be on Friday, January 17, 2014, at 2pm, at the West Harpeth Funeral Home with Clifford Dobbs officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 12pm until the service time at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME, 6962 Charlotte Pike; 352-9400.
