ADAMS III, Floyd H. "Spike" – Age 63 of Nashville, TN. January 11, 2011. Preceded in death by his wife, Patti Adams; sister, Carroll Winchester. Survived by his sons, Brett Adams Traci, Robert Adams, Daniel Adams; grandchild, Lauren Adams; sister, Cathy Golden Scott; brothers, Mike Adams, David Adams Joyce, John Adams Cindy; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Funeral services will be held 1pm Saturday at Harpeth Heights Baptist Church 8063 Hwy 100 Nashville TN, 37221, with burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 6pm – 8pm Friday at HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 Hwy 100, Nashville, TN 615-646-9292. www.afamilylegacy.com
