Survived by children, Jerry Phillips, Judy (Charles) Roberts, Billy (Brenda) Phillips; grandchildren, Tim (Dottie) Phillips, Tina (Jeff) Burnett, Angela Reynolds, Lori (Tony) Howe, Peyton Phillips, Jason (Carrie) Phillips, Karen (Dan) Broomhead, Kerri Austin, Kaysi Phillips, Kaylin (Drew) Hall, Zoe and Miranda Burnett; 13 great-grandchildren. The service will be 11 a.m. Monday. January 20, 2014 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
