Survived by her husband of 52 years, Jerry Dean Bush; mother, Estelle Moore; sons, Jerry Clay (Sheilah) Bush, Tracy Shannon (Renee) Bush; grandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon, Jacob Bush, Wendy (Allen) Matthews, Carla Frizzell (Christopher), Thomas Lee Bush; great-grandchildren, Kailyn, Tanner, and Ellie; sisters, Sheila Baxter, Melissa Moore, Cheryl Hale, and Donna Brown. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Friday from 2-8pm, and Saturday from 12noon until service time at 2pm with Rev. Addrick Lane, officiating. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
