TIDWELL, Doy Leon-Age 86 died may 30, 2007. Preceded in death by grandchildren, Timmy and Tommy Tidwell, Steve Strickland; stepson, Thomas Parsley. Survived by wife, Mable Lucille Tidwell; children, Jimmy Leon Tidwell Ruby, Barbara Fields Al, Betty Hunt Eddie, Helen Strickland Ray; 9 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; brother, Cleo"Shorty" Tidwell; sister, Gladys Ragan. Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 12-8 p.m. Friday.
