Donald F. "Donnie" Douglas, a loving husband and father passed away May 15, 2014 at age 77. Preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Minnie Douglas, six brothers, and son, Butch Douglas. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Barbara Matthews Douglas; children, Kathye West, Tommy (Rhonda) Douglas, Mike (Kelly) Douglas; grandchildren, Danny West, Doug West, Beth (James) Couch, Jordan Douglas, Aaron Douglas, Anna Douglas; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Addison and Brianna West; brother, Gilbert (Billie Dean) Douglas, Sr; numerous nieces and nephews. He was a deacon and faithful choir member of Parkway Baptist Church. Retired from Rand-McNally Printing Company after 43 years. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Monday from 2-8pm. Chapel service will be 11 am Tuesday with Pastor Ken Castleberry, officiating. Interment Good Springs Cemetery, Pleasantview. For those desiring, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
