Born in Mannington, WV on July 28, 1938 Departed on October 3, 2005 and resided in Greenbrier, TN

David went to be with Jesus on Oct. 3, 2005 at the age of 67. He is preceded in death by his mother Ethel A. Hummel, stepfather Norman H. Hummel and younger brother Kenneth W. Miller. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Betty L. McIntire, two daughters Sally A. Miller and Susan Masson, three son in laws, Russell C. Miller, Gary L. Miller, Sr. and Joseph C. Masson, grandchildren David L. Miller and wife Kelly, Gary L. Miller, Jr. and wife Jaime, Steven Ray Masson and soon to be great granddaughter Marley Rae Miller. David was an extremely loving, giving man. There was nothing he wouldn't do or give for his family and loved ones. He was a lover of music and gifted writer, picker, and singer of songs. He was a man of faith and virtue and was at peace with his saviour. David was a member of the Nashville Cowboy Church, where he feasted on the word of God and the sweet music created therein. Devoted husband, loving father beloved grandfather and a living inspiration to anyone whose life he touched. You will live on in our hearts forever Pap until we meet again on the other side. We love you more than words can say now and always. R.I.P. All services will be held at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, October 6, from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Oct. 7, at 2pm with Pastor Harry Yates of the Nashville Cowboy Church officiating.
