FOWLER, David B- Age 51, passed away January 28, 2013. Preceded in death by father, John W. Fowler, Sr.; sister, Nancy C. Fowler. Survived by son, Jason Phillips, mother, Mary M. Fowler; sisters, Sherry A. Dillard and Dawna R. Faulk; brother, John W. Fowler; several extended family. The Life Celebration service will be Thursday, January 31. 2013, 1pm, at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Brother Clifford Dobbs officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 11am until the service time at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME
