BAKER, SR. David P. – Age 83 of Hendersonville, August 29, 2013. Preceded in death by his daughter, Dana Marie Baker; brothers, Howard Lee Baker & Marvin Baker. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Vera Baker; sons, David P. Baker, Jr. Karen, Daniel R. Baker, Sr. & Donald G. Baker; grandchildren, David P. Baker, III, Daniel R. Baker, Jr., Vera Anita Baker, Laura Baker & Elizabeth Baker; great-grandchildren, Harmoni, Erine & Chex; brothers, Robert B. Baker, Sr. & Michael Baker; niece, Naomi Slutka; nephew, Howard L. Baker, Jr.; several extended family and friends. A Life Celebration will be held 10:30am Saturday at First Assembly of God 403 Walton Ferry Rd, Hendersonville, TN, 37075 with burial to follow at Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
