Daniel Schmidt

Daniel Paul Schmidt, age 44.  He was born in Ilion, NY on April 16, 1977, and passed away unexpectedly on July 4, 2021.  He is survived by his parents, Robert H Schmidt, Shari L (Smith) Schmidt; his children, Adam Schmidt, Daniel and Aubrey Schmidt; brothers, Steven (Sara) Schmidt, and Nathan (Bethany Bloomer) Schmidt, and Roy (Candace) Schmidt; eight nieces and nephews.

He was self-employed most recently in residential construction and remodeling, but was most recognized as a top-notch auto mechanic in the Sumner County area. He was a graduate of Susquehanna Valley High School, Conklin, NY, and moved to the greater Nashville area not long afterwards, where he had lived until his passing.

A celebration of Dan’s life will be at 3pm on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House, TN, with visitation one hour prior to service.
