Daniel Paul “Dan” Fecko, age 61, passed away on August 5, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born on March 29, 1965, in Chicago, Illinois, to Laura Clark and Paul Fecko.

Dan dedicated his professional life to the real estate title industry, building a lifelong career as a Title Officer. His years of experience, dedication, and knowledge were an important part of his professional life.

Outside of work, Dan enjoyed the simple things that brought him happiness, especially a winning blackjack table and a winning Chicago Bears team. Those who knew Dan will remember the moments shared with him, his love for his family, and the memories created throughout his life.

Dan shared 37 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Wendy Fecko. Together, they built a life and family filled with many years of memories.

Dan is survived by his wife, Wendy Fecko, sons, Christopher (Mollie) Fecko and Ryan Fecko, mother, Laura Clark, father, Paul (Joanne) Fecko, sisters, Kimberly (Tim) Monasterio and Susan (Dan) McGuffin; as well as extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory.

Dan’s life will be remembered through the family he loved, the friendships he made, and the many memories shared with those fortunate enough to know him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
