LESLIE, ClaudineAge 66, of Goodlettsville, TN, passed away September 1, 2011. Survived by her husband, Oliver; daughters, Kim (Todd) Radford, Kelli (Tony) Cantrell; grandchildren, Leslie, Morgan, & Shelby Radford, Kennedy & Kayden Cantrell; sister, Laverne Maynard; brother, Kenny Upchurch; many nieces & nephews. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, at Cole & Garrett, Goodlettsville. Service will be Tues., Sept. 6, 2011, 12:30 p.m. with visitation 2 hrs. prior to Service. Family & Friends will serve as Pallbearers. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. COLE & GARRETT FUNERAL HOME, (615)859-5231.
