COLLINS, Clarence A. "Poncho", 68, September 27, 2010. Preceded in death by wife, Lillie Louise Collins; children, Carolyn, Andy, Tommy and Gayle. Survived by children, Delton L. Curtis, Janice L. Stephen Matheny; companion, Judy Turner; brothers, Bobby Collins, Vick Collins, Guy Collins; 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be 4 p.m., Thursday, September 30, 2010 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will be 10 a.m. , Friday, October 1, 2010 at Middle TN Veteran's Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 11-8 p.m. and Thursday 10 a.m. until service time at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pike 615-352-9400
