FRANKLIN, Chris- Age 33 years, born February 7, 1978, passed away January 13, 2012. Beloved son, brother, and father who will be missed greatly. Chris was a student at ITT Tech and worked at The Black Box. Survived by mother, Charlee Franklin-Howell; daughter, Emma Kelly; brother, Nicholas Franklin; grandmother, Emma Keffer; niece, Hailey Franklin; uncles, David and Randy Keffer and families. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-6pm, with a private family service to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to Browndogfoundation.org.
