KUZMINAC, Cecylia, 85, Kingston Springs, April 4, 2009. Preceded in death by husband, George Kuzminac; daughter, Lela Kuzminac. Survived by son, Robert Kuzminac; daughter, Denise Buddy Hardison; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be at 10 am, Thursday, April 9, 2009 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment at a later day at Wallkill Cemetery, Middletown, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203. Visitation, Wednesday, 6-8 pm at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pk, 615 352-9400.
