CALLIS, Carolyn Ann Curtis, age 51 of Nashville, December 15, 2008. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillie Louise Collins; brother, James Thomas Curtis; and sister, Sara Gayle Munsinger. She is survived by her daughter, Jamie Louise Callis; father, Clarence Collins; brother, Delton Curtis; brother, Clarence "Andy" Curtis; sister, Janice Collins Matheny; longtime friend and companion, Richard Shoemake; and numerous family members and friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
