HARPER Sr., Buford A. passed away on October 18, 2007. He was a former truck driver for D.C. Time for 29 years. He was a former musician and wrestler Cherokee Pete. Preceded in death by baby A. Harper. He is survived by his wife Hazel Harper; children Rodger Dale Janice Harper, Gary E. Cheryl Harper, Buford Allen Harper Jr., Troy Dewayne Dawn Harper, Chris W. Amy Harper, Marty Allen Candace Harper; 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 1great-great-grandchild; brother Freddie McMurtry. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Pastor Dusty Ray officiating. Interment will follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be on Friday from 1-8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 -2 p.m. at the HARPETH HILLS FUNERAL HOME, 9090 HWY 100, 615 646-9292.
