Bobby Mayes

MAYES, Bobby A. April 22, 2012, age 69 of Goodlettsville. He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Sheila Taylor. Survived by his wife, Victoria Mayes; daughter, Shelly Rae Mayes-Betts; son, Robb (Karin) Mayes; grandchildren, Greg Betts, Jordan Betts, and Taylor Mayes; sister Betty (Jim) Smart; brother, Jackie (Teresa Waldron) Mayes; brother-in-law, David L. (Donna) Kirby, Sr.; sister-in-law, Judy (Eugene) Pearce. Mr. Mayes was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, an active member of Slater's Chapel UMC, and was retired from Dupont. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Tuesday April 24 from 3-6pm with a memorial service to follow in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Slater's Chapel UMC, 1146 Louisville Hwy Goodlettsville, Tennessee, 37072.
