POWELL, Billy Joe "Bill" – Age 80 passed away on August 18, 2013. He is preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Jean Powell. He is survived by cousins, Judy Aubrey Flagg and Ann Jim Erf; sister-in-laws, Dot Bert Watkins, and Evelyn Ferrell; and nieces and nephews. Mr. Powell was a 32nd Degree Mason and was a member of the Al-Menah Shrine. A Graveside service will be on Wednesday, August 22, 2013 at 2pm at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
