Age 86. August 4, 2013. Preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Armstrong; daughter, Kathy Armstrong. Survived by daughters, Cynthia Fly, Lisa Mynatt, Paula Templeton; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. The service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Christ Presbyterian Church, 2323 Old Hickory Blvd. , with one hour of visitation prior. Interment will follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
