SPANN, Annie Ruth, born May 7, 1930 passed away November 11, 2010. Preceded in death by parents, Clarence & Annie Malone; husband Norman Lee Spann; sons; Johnny, Dicky and Jeffery Spann. Survived by daughters, Shari Eugene Sewell and Cynthia Bass; grandchildren, Daniel Brandy Spann, Lindsey Bass, Aimee and Amanda Sewell; 6 great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; 1 brother; Special thanks to the staff at Bordeaux Long Term Care and Richland Freewill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Stan Coker officiating. Burial will follow at Jackson's Chapel in Charlotte, TN.
