Anita Blaise

Anita Sue Blaise, March 24, 2014, age 64. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Tillery. Survived by her husband, Douglas Blaise; father, John Tillery; daughter, Audra Elizabeth (Jeremy Scott) Ownby; son, Chadwick Elliot (Kimberly) Blaise; brothers, Johnny Tillery, Harry Tillery, Frank Tillery; grandchildren, Caycee Blaise, Owen Blaise, Sydney Beth Blaise, and Jeremy Paul Ownby. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Wednesday from 4-8pm. Funeral service will be 10 am Thursday at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 525 New Shackle Island Rd., Hendersonville. Interment 3pm Huntsville Memory Gardens, Huntsville, AL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given to the TN Scleroderma Foundation c/o April Simpkins, President (615)792-4610.
