Allen Collier

COLLIER, Allen Dale Simpkins, age 82 of Nashville, passed away March 30, 2009. Mrs. Collier was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; was well liked by everyone; she spent her whole life on her family's farm; graduated from Cumberland High School, and attended TPI Tennessee Tech; and was a lifetime member of Scottsboro United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Lewis Collier; daughter, Kathy Danny Hunley; daughter, Kristi Bob McKee; son, Joe Julie Collier; daughter, Connie Steve Spinks; 7 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 1st at 10:00 A.M. from Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with P.J. Shaffer officiating.
