WELCH, Ray passed away on May 15, 2006. He is preceded in death by his sister Dimple Thornton. He is survived by his wife Gay Welch; daughter, Christa Welch; son, Roy Stinson; step-daughters, Shelley Donegan, Sherry Ivy; step-sons, Byron McDowell, Mike Taylor; sisters, Jenny Brown, Joyce Romano; 11 grandchildren. Funeral Services will be on Thursday May 18, 2006 at 2:30 PM with Thomas Hulan officiating, interment to follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 17, 2006 from 2-8 PM and on Thursday from 10-2 PM
