Survived by parents, Eugene Evans and Brenda Evans; step-mother, Joan Evans; grandmother, Margaret Raines; brothers, Randal Austin Faulk, James Faulk, Jamie Adrianne Evans, Eugene Evans Jr.; sister, Tracy Joe Spencer; step-sister, Stephanie Brian Webb; many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The funeral service will be at 11 am on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Visitation is Tuesday, 10 am to 8 pm at WEST HAPRETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pk, 615352-9400
