PUGH, Ada Crutcher, age 95, of Goodlettsville, TN, passed away, September 27, 2012. Ada was born, February 24, 1917 to William & Sallie Crutcher. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Pugh Sr.; parents; 5 siblings. Ada is survived by her son, James Robert (Judy) Pugh Jr.; daughter, Ann (Don) Walden; grandchildren, James Robert (Phyllis) Pugh III, Christi Pugh, Jon Pugh, Mark (Sandi) Walden,; great grandchildren, Naomi, Jesse and Micah Pugh; special niece, Faye Loyd; special sister-in-law, Margie Crutcher. Private Services were held on September 29, 2012 at Cole & Garrett, Goodlettsville. Interment, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
