The best friend a person could have. We have lost one of the really good people in this world. Loved him and his late wife Judy and smile knowing they are together again.

Billy was a super individual. He was so in love with Judy. A great sense of humor and one who loved people and being with everyone. We will miss him on the golf course and everywhere else.

My heart is hurting after losing my brother Billy. All I have left are the memories of the time we shared together. We talked almost every day since Judy passed away. The last time I talked with Billy was the night before he died. He always ended our calls by saying I love you Sis & I always told told him that I loved him. I had no idea that would be the last time I would talk with him. I miss him so much & I can only hope that someday we will meet again in heaven.

We met Billy because my brother Jeff worked with Judy. We also owned a condo in East Tn where Billy and Judy had one so our friendship grew. We had such good times mostly when Billy got “fired up” on a subject. Judy would laugh uncontrollably at Billy and so would we.
We loved them both. These two who loved each other deeply are together❣️

I just spoke with Billy following one of our home Hendersonville High School Basketball games and he seemed to be in good spirits. He truly misses Judy. They were a great couple with many friends and VFL’s always. We spoke about getting together for lunch and catching up. I miss them both but know they have reunited in God’s Kingdom, what a blessing.

To the Satty family, I am so sorry to hear of Billy’s passing. I’m truly shocked. I worked with Billy at the glass plant for many years. He was a great guy and true friend. I would run into him at Kroger from time to time in Hendersonville and we would stand and talk on and on. God bless all the Satty family for your sad lose.

One of our favorite members at Bluegrass. I loved seeing Billy on the golf course; he was the sweetest man I’ve ever met. He loved to play golf with the guys and talk about Judy with me; the love of his life. How amazing to know a love like that for 47 years! Billy we sure miss you at Bluegrass but I KNOW you are playing golf and Judy was there to meet you at Heaven’s gate. We love you and miss you friend. God bless the Satty & Garrett family

I will miss you, my dear, sweet brother. You were always so kind and full of life. You were always smiling and so was your dear sweet Judy. I have known Judy since she was just a little girl. I dont think she ever did an unkind thing in her life. You were just as loving and giving as she was, so we were sure that you were meant for each other. Although your family and friends will miss you more than you can imagine, we take comfort in knowing you’re together.

I see you two snickerin’ & snugglin’ under a VOLS blanket sippin’ cocoa waiting to enjoy the best seats in the house!
    Yer not foolin’ me!!

Ya know I’m not a betting woman nor do I even LIKE football – oh yes I did – However. . .
I bet they win next go around.

    I love ya, uncle Billy.
But can you please relay to aunt Joyce that she forfeited her rite to host a reunion, a long, LONG time ago.
Till the next one, may y’all rest peacefully.

Billy told my husband about a dream he had of Judy. She was in a field of beautiful flowers – running, dancing and playing with lots of precious children! Billy said it was just like she was present. Clear as day! I communicated with Billy and assured him it was not a dream, but a true visit from his beautiful, sweet, loving Judy. Now I know for certain that Billy and Judy are enjoying all those gifts together – whole and well.

All our condolences to Billy’s brothers and sisters – who he talked about often and loved so much. Sincere thoughts too, for his beautiful niece, Stacy, and for Cole and her twin girls – all loves of Billy and Judy’s lives.

Billy and Judy will never be replicated. They were two of a kind – wonderful, giving, gently, sincere and loving people. We need so many more like you two. We miss you terribly – Jack and Rose
