from the moment I was born you were my champion. For every happy, mundane, and tragic moment you were the person I called first for the past fifty years. The lady vols have lost a great basketball fan and they dont even know it When I was very young you were my first hero my first measure of a man. When the day came that I realized you weren’t superman then you became something better just my dad and my best friend. I am going to miss you something awful I already do. Maybe I will write that book for you that we were just talking about. I am happy for Nicole that she finally has some company. tell her I miss her and I will see you soon

Your family is in my heart and in my prayers. My prayers are that God May grant you a Spirit of peace and a Spirit of joy as you remember the happy, joyful moments that made up the life of Mr. Waight in which you shared.
