Travis was such a kind, generous, and loving man, and we will miss him forever. He faced and overcame great trials, and pains in his much too short life, and we admire his strength and humility through it all. We are heartbroken over his passing.

Hello. My name is John Wright. Travis was a good friend. I knew him at Vol Sate at the radio station. WVCP 88.5 FM. He went by Skip Man. He used to say Rax Wax and Stax Wax. I was John Rock n Roll Wright. I remember I had a pass to work with him on his radio show. I pretended I was Arnold Schwarzenegger. He was one of the best. Jay the Nice Guy and John Rock n Roll Wright will deeply miss him. We will give a shout out to him at the WVCP 88.5 FM 40 Year Anniversary coming up. I will play Rock N Roll All Nite by KISS inland dedicate this song to him. Jay and I and all of the WVCP 88.5 FM members who knew him will be deeply saddened by his death. Love you Skip Man

I’m so sorry. I also was a dj at WVCP with Travis. I always thought he said racks of wax and wax in stacks. (referring to records).
