TOWE, William "Bill"-age 75 passed away November 13, 2012 surrounded by his loving family and numerous friends. He was born in Nashville, TN to the late William and Martha Towe. He was a graduate of Litton High School and attended college at Tennessee Tech. He proudly served our country as a Marine. Bill was a Christian man who was a long time member of Hendersonville First Baptist Church. He was always very involved in his community. He served as past president of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee and National Director of the National Association of Home Builders, long time Realtor, and past member of the Hendersonville Planning Commission. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who touched many lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Linda M. Towe; children, William H. "Duke" Towe, Derek L. Towe Anita, Troy Towe, Tonya Irwin Arne, Chris Henson Trish, and Angela Henson; 11 grandchildren also survive. A Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Hendersonville First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the church. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hendersonville First Baptist Church in Bill's name. Mrs. Towe, I have often thought of you over the years since your class played a large part in my high school career. I was sadden to read of Bill’s passing tonight. I never met him, but I remember you speaking of him with love. You and your family are in my family’s prayers.
