I am so saddened by Sister Annette’s death. She was my Worthy Grand Matron in 1997 and I have cherished the memory of her official visit to Utopia Chapter. We had a great time at dinner and the visit was just perfect. She was one of my favorite Grand Matrons. My sincere sympathy to her family, grand family and friends. She will be missed but never forgotten.

We loved Annette, she was such a sweet lady. Bro Sutton pastored our church in Mich.I have many memories of Annette, Glenda and Pam singing at church. She is with the Lord and at rest. Prayers are with the family. Love,

My memories of Annette and Bobby are when they were young and their girls were small. They were so much in love and seemed to be so happy.I’ll always remember her laugh.I believe she’s in a better place today, and that’s comforting to know.

I’ve never “signed” one these on-line, but this one I will. From the time i was 5 and a half years old till i was 25, she was my pastor’s wife. Spiritual and loving, she fulfilled the greatest office she ever held without peer. Her daughters helped teach me to love the younger with much help from their cousins, I best add. Bro. Bobby preached to me the gospel; baptized my little saved soul, too–and a nephew on the same day. Such an inspiration to so many; one of us will help carry her body to its earthly rest, her soul already having attained glory. Bless you, Glenda and Pam, and all the “grands-” and “greats-“. Brent

My heart is sadden by the lost of Ms. Annette. I remember the time she made me a red poodle skirt to wear in the Christmas play. She was a gift to our church family; she enjoyed working with the children. She sang at my fathers funeral,”A Better Place to Go”,it meant the world to our family. There are several of the older members that have went on home, including my parents.
Ms. Annette will be missed here, but will be welcome by many in Heaven.

I have just found this memory book and I wanted to thank each of you that took the time to write a note about my Mother, Annette Sutton. It has been almost a year since she passed and there has not been one single day that I have not missed and cried for her even to this very morning. We have just experienced our first Christmas without her and it was so very sad. I know one day we will meet again and I look forward to that day…she was a wonderful Mother and role model….
