    Dear Butch, Ginger, and Family:

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of our dear Shirley. I am the lady from California that did the frozen semen breeding with “Winds of Change” to my stud dog Jackson and I took home pick Tsunami from the resulting litter who went on to be a great champion and producer. I visited your home in 1996 and stayed in touch with Shirley up until the last year. I knew her health was not good and I admire the way she managed to keep so active and cheerful. I will miss just knowing she is not there and I do want to send my condolences to you all and please take care of yourselves. I was following Shirley’s progress this past month through a mutual friend trying not to bother you and had hoped she would get through this.

    Warm regards and deepest sympathy,

    Alice Bonne
