I will miss holding your hand, I will miss sharing a smile, I will miss saying I Love you nanny and hearing you say I Love you too. You were a big part of lives and it’s the little things that you said and did that will help us through this sorrow. God Bless you nanny, I Love You.

It was my honor to meet you and I thank God for the spunky spirit that you had, because it made me laugh. I am sure you are making the other angels in heaven laugh. See you again when I get there too!

Thank you for taking the time to share stories of our family history, especially stories of our mom, Martha. And thank you for sharing your most prized receipes and cookbook. You were very courageous, strong and determined; never complained of your suffering or pain. May the memories of the past help ease the pain of your loss to all your loved ones. Give mom, Shearon, Tommy and Jim a hug for me….love Darlene
