So sad to hear the news. Mickey and I knew each other since 1989 and I had the pleasure of working in the same group for part of that time. Praying for comfort for the family to get through this hard time.

Mickey, aka “Mr Hilda” to Hilda’s Zumba Z Team, was a special man to our group. He would join his bride at the Goodlettsville community center and would walk the track above the gym while she took class. Every now and then he would stop and break into a dance to the delight of all the ladies. He was a doting husband and everyone saw how much he and Hilda loved and supported each other. He will be missed and I will be honored to perform a random act of kindness in his memory. Prayers and love to the Cobb family.

Sorry to be so long replying, sweet Janet. Mr. Hilda got a kick out of being called Mr. Hilda, and especially was amazed at your abilities, as we all are. You are loved by your Z Team.

Hi Hilda, I know it’s been a long time since we saw each other. But I have never forgot you and Mickey. Vernon was so proud of his sons. I know they are hugging in heaven right now. I am so sorry for your loss. Would love to see you. I have stayed in touch with Ronald over the last few years. My love and prayers go out to you. Love, Rose Anna

Hilda, so very sorry to reconnect in this sad way. I have been searching for you for many years and just recently happened to see Nancy Winn on Facebook. I think you and I were together at Old Hickory Lake the day you met Mickey. You were a great couple right from the beginning. I have been so glad to read comments about what a happy life and family you have had. My sincere condolences to all of you as you learn to live without his smiling and loving presence in your lives.
    Love and hugs,
    Mary Ann

Dear Mary Ann, I am sorry to be so long replying to your kind words. I also received your sweet card. I would have already emailed you with my info, but would you believe that on top of everything else going on, my computer crashed. Give me a little time to be back up and running, but my email address is hildacobb@att.net. I am glad you tracked me down.
