    Dear Russell and Rena,
I am Bill Blodgett’s sister and even though we have never met, I wanted you to know how very sorry I am about your loss. It is never easy losing a family member, but so much worst when it is the loss of a child. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Jan Kling

I was so sorry to hear of Anthony’s death. It is such a shock when someone so young is lost. I pray that the Lord will care for him and his family in this sad time. Please accept my sympathy. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

    Russell, Rena and Jennifer,

Anthony was such a special person and touched so many with his smile and his heart! He is loved by so many. I love him and will miss him terribly. My memories with Anthony have flooded my heart and have made me smile very big and cry very hard. He was such a good creator of memories! I feel very lucky to have known him. He started as a friend to Jennifer and Beth and quickly became a friend to me also. His voice, smile and kindness was so magnetic! The Marlboro shirt was such a good choice.

I wish I could be there but please know you all are in my heart and prayers.

Love and prayers to you all,

Uncle Russ, Aunt Rena and Jennifer:

I will always remember the “fun” times with Anthony. We laughed together so much sometimes we’d cry. I will always cherish the time he spent here in Indiana with us for the summer. We made late night “Taco Bell” runs and fished. We have so many memories of good, fun times with Anthony. He and I could laugh at anything, from “polka dotted” dresses to even laughing at ourselves. Anthony and I always believed that the world was a far better place with Laughter, especially if we could laugh at ourselves. I could list them, but no one would understand them because Anthony and I had so many “inside jokes,” as he did with everyone who knew him well.

I’m sure he’s in heaven now looking down at us with that big SMILE on his face and peace in his HEART.

I love you all very much!
