McCORD, Lawrence Christopher "Chris" age 66, Kingston Springs, June 7, 2010. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Yates McCord and father, Will H. McCord. Survived by his wife, Judy Burroughs McCord; son, Jerimy Jacque Widener; grandchildren, Madeline, Grace and Ella Widener and Lucas Alsobrook. A United States Navy and Naval Reserve. He was retired after 37 years from USPS and was a member of Loyal Order of the Moose. The memorial service will be at 7 pm, Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at West Harpeth Funeral Home, performed by the Loyal Order of the Moose members, Bill O'Brien, Terry Clark, Larry Mullens, Bob Spingler and Johnny Mack Palmer. Visitation, Wednesday, 3 pm until the time of service at WEST HARPETH FUNERAL HOME 6962 Charlotte Pk 615 352-9400

I could always count on Chris to be there anytime for me. All the miles and smiles we shared over the years, stories, jokes, helping each other in good times and bad. I’ll miss him greatly.

Chris worked with us at the dealership for only a short time but we all thought very highly of him, he was always eager to help and was very dependable,he will be greatly missed.We are very sorry for your loss.
