I am so sorry to hear that Sue has passed away. She was a dear friend and mentor the 16 years we taught together at Goodlettsville High School. We had a lot of fun and I could always count on her for her common sense advice and sense of humor to get through the day. I truly loved her.

Mrs Mattie Sue was one of my favorite women at the church and I spent many hours with her working on piano/organ duets for our church services. She will be missed by so many and you will be in my thoughts and prayers in the coming days and weeks.

I will never forget how much fun Mrs. Frost always was! I remember the time we picked up the Connell Memorial church bus to be used by GHS and Mrs. frost couldn’t get the bus started. She decided with me in the bus with her to roll it down the hill a little to pop the clutch. Well one thing led to another and down the hill we went backwards with no brakes only to barely miss a building and also a gas pump. We were both laughing so hard because we had just had the ride of our lives. After the dust literally settled all she could say was that her husband was going to kill her.

We know that didnt happened because everybody loved her greatly! I am so sorry for your loss! I lost my Mother just a month ago, so I know that Moma is singing in the choir up in Heaven while Mrs. Sue is playing the organ. Prayers to all the family!
