Linda and I were friends in elementary school. She was, always, the sweetest girl. I loved being in her home with her loving parents; sister; and brother. They had such a warm atmosphere with plenty of laughter. Two memories that will always be with me. Mrs. Brown had the first dishwasher I had ever seen. It was a lot of work for her to move that heavy thing across the kitchen floor and hook to the sink faucet! And, poor Linda, had to wear a contraption for her braces when she went to bed. I always had tears when her Mom, lovingly, put it on her. Linda was a great sport about it. I am so very sad to hear this news of her passing. My prayers are with her family. This is your “pause”, until you are reunited in Heaven with Linda and her Mom.

While, I didn’t know Linda for a long time, when we first met, it was as if I had known her all my live. Such a woman of courage for she wore the most beautiful smile, as she went about taking care of others before herself. Her sister and brother were truly a team with Linda leading the way. The team formed in childhood and continued with jokes, laughter, tears and cheers through times together. May God be with the Brown and Hawley Families as they travel this journey, bring peace to their hearts beyond understanding

Craig, Andy, Zach and family you are all in our prayers. She will be so missed. She fought a tough fight. But that is who she was – she was a tough one. A tough one with a huge heart. She loved and cared for everyone she came in contact with. She loved her boys!!! She was so proud of all of you. She was one of the best friends I will ever have. Love you all.

We met Linda and Craig and their boys when we lived next door in Karns. Many good times with them especially our Friday night card games to rid us of weekly stress and swimming in our pool. Linda and I became fast friends which only grew stronger as time passed. Andy and Zach (and Craig) loved my chocolate chip cookies. One of our fondest memories was in the Grand Canyon as we ran into each other! Linda got James attentio, who would have thought that in such a vast are we would run into our neighbors. So many more memories to cherish of an amazing Lady. She was an angel walking among us with a bright smile and cheerful personality.

Linda and Craig were neighbors of ours when we lived in Knoxville. Words can’t express how much we loved Linda and enjoyed the good times we had with her and Craig. Linda always had a positive, cheerful outlook on life and managed to see the humor in so many things. She had an infectious laugh and was so much fun to be around. Prayers for comfort go out to Craig, Zack and Andy and the rest. of the family.
