Kenneth Joseph Wulff, 66, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at his home. Born October 2, 1951 in Jefferson City, Missouri he was the son of the late Victor J. and Coletta (Werdenhause) Wulff. Ken graduated from the University of Missouri and worked as a loan officer for Movement Mortgage locally. A gregarious and big hearted soul, Ken was known to be an accomplished cook who could easily have become a professional chef. He was also an excellent horse trainer and had won championships for his efforts with Tennessee Walking Horses and was recognized by the Tennessee Walking Horse Association. He also loved sports, working on his landscaping and motorcycling. Ken is survived by his wife, Rita King Bishop; daughters, Candace Mills and Caresse Hyneman; son, Victor King; step-son, Ashley Bishop; step-daughter, Bonnie Paik; brothers, Robert Wulff and Don Brunnert; sister, Norma Hughes; and extended family members and friends. A Life Celebration service will be held at 2 PM Friday, April 20th at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home. Visitation will preceded the service beginning at 12 noon.

    Great inspiration. Grandad and dad had his first horse. Bill Sr. And Vic were good buddies. I had the first and only magic marker stud colt . weaning. Sold high. So many memories. Rip

    My thoughts and prayers to the entire family. Very sad to hear about Ken . My Dad Albert Lee Rowland train many World Class horses for Ken and his family. Ken always had a big smile on his face and loved his horses . We all got to enjoy many great memories together during to old days of
    the Walking Horse Industry and Celebration. He will be missed by many and was loved by all that knew him.
    Again, sending many prayers to all of you. Celebration his life here on earth and know he is in heaven still talking horses to all that passed before him in the horse industry.

    Ken and I were friends and competitors as young exhibitors. His talent with young horses was an inspiration. When I would see him as we grew older I loved talking to him and listening to his insight. He knew his worth as well and did not forget his friends.

    Ken was a wonderful soul. He was the most amazing lender contact that I ever had to deal with. My heart goes out to his family and all of the lending people! My heart is breaking!!!

    Ken was a wonderful uncle and we had many good times together as youngsters. He was a great horse man and well known around the horse arena. Had the pleasure of visiting with Ken and Rita over Christmas this past year. Most happy he was able to join us one last time. RIP dear friend, uncle and godfather.
